All bookings for our art events are non-refundable. Once a booking is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. To request a transfer, please email us at hello@joeecheong.com with the details of the new attendee. We will process the transfer and confirm the changes via email.
