Refund Policy
All bookings for our art experiences & events are non-refundable. Once a booking is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person.
To request a transfer, please email us at hello@joeecheong.com with the details of the new attendee. We will process the transfer and confirm the changes via email.
Late Policy
Kindly ensure that you are on-time as this is a group session. Sessions will begin and end on the stated time slot of your booking to ensure everyone is able to have the best experience. Do plan your route ahead to ensure you won’t be late. We are unable to guarantee a full experience for you if you do arrive more than 15 mins late. JCCS will not bear any loss in the event of a late arrival.
Important notice
- Strictly no children below age of 9 is allowed.
- Every child ticket must be accompanied by an adult ticket.
- Individuals aged 13 & above will be charged a nominal adult fee.
- Our event is not wheelchair accessible.
