Refund Policy
All bookings for our art experiences & events are non-refundable. Once a booking is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person.
To request a transfer, please email us at hello@joeecheong.com with the details of the new attendee. We will process the transfer and confirm the changes via email.
Late Policy
Kindly ensure that you are on-time as this is a group session. Sessions will begin and end on the stated time slot of your booking to ensure everyone is able to have the best experience. Do plan your route ahead to ensure you won’t be late. We are unable to guarantee a full experience for you if you do arrive more than 15 mins late. JCCS will not bear any loss in the event of a late arrival.
Important notice
- Our exhibition takes approximately 30mins to explore.
- Full experience takes approximately 1.5 hours.
- Workshop: Channel your creativity through one of our hands-on experience workshops to create your personal colour palette.
- Strictly no children below age of 9 is allowed at our Colours Of You experience.
- Every child 9 - 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Family Packages are inclusive of full experience.
- Our event is not wheelchair accessible.
